Avonlea estate is a 96-lot residential estate located in Hamlyn Terrace on the Central Coast of New South Wales.
We were involved in this subdivision and housing development from concept stage in 2012 through to successful completion in in 2016.
We were called in by the developer early in the development process for investigation and detail survey works, and to assess the feasibility of the development. We were heaviliy involved throughout the development approval process with Wyong Shire Council, preparing preliminary subdivision and engineering plans and documentation.
Once development approval was obtained, we carried out detailed engineering design of the estate roads; earthworks; stormwater drainage; and sewer/water mains.
Post-construction we prepared the final plan of subdivision for title registration and since then, we have been involved in setting out the dwellings for the builders.
We have had the pleasure of working with Daly.Smith on a number of projects and proposals since 2012, ranging from our own home to a 25-lot subdivision in Morisset.
